About our company

Wyatt-Jones Associates Ltd was formed in 2007 by Lisa Wyatt-Jones Chartered FCIPD, BA (Hons).

 Wyatt-Jones Associates has allied itself with a number of well established and highly experienced professionals to enable the company to provide a full range of professional advice and support services, as you will see from our Associates page.

Lisa has many years of experience in Strategic Human Resource Management and in supporting management through Restructures, TUPE transfers, Partnership working and also supporting them with difficult employee issues, throughout her career in Local Government, the Civil Service, Education, the NHS and the Charitable sector.

In addition to this Lisa has been an active member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) for a number of years and now holds the position of the CIPD West of England Branch Council Representative, and was presented with the CIPD 'Award of Distinction' for services to the Branch. Lisa is also a member of the Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Steering Group. 

Lisa is an active Lay Chair for NHS Education South West - Severn Deanery, specialising in Surgery; Dental and GP Trainees in Somerset. 

The company is also committed to Networking and is involved in the Somerset Chamber of Commerce, SWIRE (Somerset Women in Rural Enterprise) and the Professional online networking site Linked In.
