She runs high-level leadership programmes with global organisations, works with teams and Boards of Directors to get them working more effectively together, and also works one-to-one as a coach. Her clients include General Electric,T-Mobile, Gloucestershire Constabulary and many smaller organisations.

Her clients cover the manufacturing, distribution and service sector, and having been independent for nearly 10 years she prides herself of the service she provides, demonstrated in the fact that many of her original clients are those she continues to work with today.
She is trained in systemic techniques, and as well as being a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is a qualified Coach.
Richard Lowe
Richard specialises in business, leadership, sales and team transformation. He has spent the last 17 years working with businesses large and small to transition change through leadership and people development to deliver outstanding business performance. Richard holds a post-graduate Advanced Diploma in Training & Development through the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, is a qualified NLP master practitioner and licensed in Team Psychometrics. Richard is a Committee Member for the Institute of Directors Bristol branch, Chair of the Halcyon Network and fund raiser for the Mind Charity. Richard also co-hosts Only Connect.

John is a conflict coach, workplace mediator and independent facilitator who works primarily in the not-for-profit sector. John is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an accredited mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) and member of the Civil Mediation Council. John is the founding director of Mediation at Work – an independent workplace mediation service.

Becky is a qualified Psychotherapist and member of the Association for Coaching. She delivers employee assistance programmes within small and medium sized businesses across Somerset with her team of Associate counsellors. She also delivers a successful workplace coaching package within Whittington Whittington Hospital NHS Trust and across Somerset for employes wanting to use workplace coaching as an intervention to increase productivity and staff morale. Such experience brings great insight and expertise to teach greater self-awareness, self-belief and motivation to help clients implement robust lifelong and positive change in their lives and organisations.

Charlotte specialises in supporting individuals through work place transitions including redundancy, organisational development, and transition to a new role. She is an organisational psychologist, coach and trainer with over 10 years experience of addressing people-related issues in the workplace. Her clients have included BP, Exxon Mobil, Network Rail, the MOD, Yorkshire Housing, and South West Tourism. She has a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology and a Post-graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.
