Petroc
In conjunction with Deborah Wilkes Associates, a comprehensive HR Strategy was produced to guide and support the college through the merger process with East Devon College. Working with the Senior Management Team and the Governors, agreement was reached on the process for supporting the management, consulting the staff and meeting the TUPE transfer legislation. This was achieved through presentations and briefings on the consultation and TUPE process to allay any fears of the transfer process.

Sedgemoor District Council
Due to large scale restructures and change programme within the Council, Wyatt-Jones Associates were commissioned to support further changes in Homes in Sedgemoor. Support was also provided on a general HR nature for ongoing Partnership projects.
