Interim & Project Management

The Managing Director has been working on the National GP Lead Employer project, which has involved all of the Deaneries in England and has further supported the Kent, Surrey and Sussex Deanery with their project implementation.

Lisa has worked with the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust to provide interim cover for the newly created HR Business Partner role, as well as providing wider strategic support for the HR team.

Lisa has also worked with the South West Strategic Health Authority as interim Head of HR, managing and developing the team and revising all of the HR policies.

Restructures, Redeployments & Redundancies

We have worked with South West Tourism during the news of their disestablishment and worked with the management and staff during the ‘At Risk’ stage of their redundancies.

We have worked with the South West RDA to support them in the delivery of an extensive restructure and reorganisation of their Operational Directorates.

We have supported the Homes & Communities Agency with their staff Consultation project.

We have also worked with Homes in Sedgemoor to undertake a restructure and an extensive recruitment campaign.  This has extended the companies knowledge of Housing as Lisa, the Managing Director, had carried out a number of restructures within the Housing Section at Taunton Deane BC and had been the HR lead throughout the Options Appraisal and the Housing Stock Transfer Project.

TUPE transfers, Secondment Model, Partnership working , Trade Union negotiation & Staff Consultation

We have worked with Somerset West Care & Repair, supporting and advising them through their recent TUPE transfer to Ridgeway. 

We have worked with the South West Tourism staff representatives to agree updated policies for their IIP.

We have worked with North Devon College and East Devon College (now Petroc) in a type B merger, and guided them through the consultation process for the TUPE transfer process

Previously, the Managing Director had worked with Somerset CC and Taunton Deane BC as the Strategic HR Consultant, supporting a number of major strategic projects and covering for an absent HR Manager at SCC. The key projects were ISIS (improving Services in Somerset) now South West One which is a partnership project between Taunton Deane BC, Somerset CC, Avon & Somerset Police Authority and IBM, where she led the HR workstream for Taunton Deane BC and worked closely with the leads for all of the partners to negotiate with the Trade Unions, support the Senior Management and to Chair the joint Staff Consultation Forum.

Lisa also led the HR workstream for the Somerset Waste Board (SWB) which is a partnership project between all of the Somerset District Councils and Somerset County Council to successfully create one Waste team for the whole of Somerset to manage the Collection and Disposal of waste. This project included the procurement of a single waste collection contract and she evaluated the HR aspect of the contract on behalf of the partner Councils, as well as the agreement of a Staff Migration Trade Union negotiation and Staff Consultation.

Disciplinaries, Grievances & Absence Management

We have spent many years working with management to create policies and provide support and guidance for dealing with difficult employee situations, and have supported South Molton Recycling with an internal dispute.
